Soft and Gentle Grapefruit, Kumquat, pineapple, pear and passion fruit notes dance harmoniously on the palate. This extremely rare wine is actually made with one of the most popularly planted grapes in Spain. Nearly all tempranillo production in Spain is used to make a red wine yet Pago De Vicario dared to be inventive and created this white wine by removing the skins and pulp immediately after crushing the grapes, to assure none of the color or tannins would make it into the final product.
