Red - Wine

Pinot Noir (Chile)

DRY - Bright Red Ruby complexion with Intense notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices such as cloves and fine leather aromatics. Pinot Noir has one of the thinnest skins amongst all wine grapes (Vitis Vinifera). This means it is extremely hard/ expensive to grow. This also means that the area it is grown in dramatically changes the flavor profile, body, texture and acidity. in the industry we call that "terroir Driven". The high elevation vineyards of Chile give this pinot noir a profile reminiscent of a very warm climate Pinot Noir. This means it is fuller bodied, ripe, juicy and stronger than the cooler climate Pinot Noirs.
